/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins/
or
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins/
or
Control click on the Aperture icon located in the application folder to invoke the shortcut menu
select "Show Package Contents" & click on the Contents folder to see the Plugins folder
