return to aperture tutorials

Tired of scrolling up & down trying to locate your projects?

When you make a New Project, Album, Book, LightTable etc. in Aperture while naming it you can add a space to the beginning of the New Project name & Aperture will place it at the top of the Project Panel just below the default Library regardless of numerical or alphabetical order of those with fewer spaces or those without a space in front of the name.

So, for example, the more spaces in front of a name the higher Aperture places it in the Project Panel.

If you take a look at the image above I have added extra spaces in "Latest & Greatest" Project so Aperture has placed it at top of the Project Panel. 2006 has more spaces than 2005 so it is placed above 2005 & so on.
